Members Rich in Las Vegas
If you have old incandescent candy canes that no longer light or simply don't want to use them, here is a way to repurpose them. Remove the lights but keep the other parts such as the cap and stake. Start at the cap end and insert the end of the garland in the cane and replace the cap. Wind the garland around the cane until you reach the bottom. Secure it with a rubber band. They look pretty good during a sunny day sparkling in the sun. It happens that almost endless quantities of these discarded garlands show up at the Goodwill surplus store where they cost next to nothing but you can get garland at the dollar stores or maybe on sale after Christmas at regular stores. The second picture shows them at the right side by the light pole. Nevada
