Best App for Tweaking Color Changing Bulbs?

Bought a Philips color changing Wi-Fi light to try to reproduce the hue of the old incandescent spots on my 60's vintage aluminum tree.

I'm assuming different apps can be used to control these lights. The box of this one recommends Wiz... it's not great. Not intuitive and glitchy.

If you look at my pic (LED on right, incandescent left), you can see I have the color about right but to LED is too cool white and needs to be warmed. I can't seem to do that in this app with colors. White using white, warmth can be fully adjusted. 

Is there a better app for that would allow finer tweaking of a bulb like this?
