I'm looking for info on how to make a Starburst. I've searched the forums but have had no luck. Anyone out there have any suggestions?

If you are looking for the fireworks effects - I had a starburst at one time.  Purchase this fish contraptions and add pvc pipe and rap them in lights.  below is the website for the fish "balls"
