Did you know?
  • The first recorded date of Christmas being celebrated on December 25th was in 336, during the time of the Roman Emperor Constantine. A few years later, Pope Julius I officially declared that the birth of Jesus would be celebrated on that day.
  • Santa Claus's sleigh is led by eight reindeer: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Dunder (variously spelled Donder and Donner), and Blixem (variously spelled Blixen and Blitzen), with Rudolph being a 20th-century inclusion.
  • Outdoor Christmas lights on homes evolved from decorating the traditional Christmas tree and house with candles during the Christmas season. Lighting the tree with small candles dates back to the 17th century and originated in Germany before spreading to Eastern Europe.
  • That big, jolly man in the red suit with a white beard didn’t always look that way. Prior to 1931, Santa was depicted as everything from a tall gaunt man to a spooky-looking elf. He has donned a bishop's robe and a Norse huntsman's animal skin. When Civil War cartoonist Thomas Nast drew Santa Claus for Harper's Weekly in 1862, Santa was a small elflike figure who supported the Union. Nast continued to draw Santa for 30 years, changing the color of his coat from tan to the red he’s known for today.
  • Christmas 2018 countdown has already begun. Will you be ready???
  • Why do we love Christmas? It's all about the traditions. In this chaotic world we can miss the "good old days." Christmas reminds us of that time.

Recommended Number Of Channels For First Display?

I started with 6 Channel's (Mr. Christmas) X-mas in 2011, by X-mas 2012 i had 32 LOR hannel's now i got 64 Channel's but my First Controller i purchased has bad triax , i emailed LOR they sent me replacem, ent parts (Great response time too ) but my newest issue is lack of extension cords still fighting company i purchased a large amount from over why only 12 worked outta 64, bad thing there from china or japan, so as of now between a few PC crashes loss of seq's aand mp3 files im almost back to where i can re-start seq'n , but still got to remove the first controller and replace triax's and hope i do it right, soldering is a bit rusty, but good thing about it if i screw it up LOR will FIX frewe all i would have to do is pay shipping and such, but started with 32 my first lor year and tried to dbl it this year and NOW im running into issues - to most of yall there easy to work thru but work hours and lack of money for my hobby this year hinders my display and seq'n time.

Pc To Outdoor Speakers I Have The "lepal Stereo Class T-Digital Audio Amplifier"

yes Lepai Stereo class-T Digital Audio Amplifier / LP-2020A+ / 20w rms Polk Audio Atrium 4, Outdoor All-Weather Speakers The wire runs are 25feet and 32ft from amplifier to the actual speaker yes ive double checked on the amplifier the shorter distance is the one barely heard , but fine if I run it from stereo in front of the house, from house to other side of street - the street is only big enough for one car to park and a second to squeeze by, The Lepai worked great this time last year, now I have checked all wires even connected my stereo to the speakers to make sure it was not them they can go to max still without popping, the speaker wire has no cuts in the sleeve, The amplifier on some songs it trips /pops/ turns off and on - and one side is barely heard like the left has audio but the right unless you put your ear on the speaker you don't hear it, I got 100$ to put towards a new one amplifier and before I go running around I wanted some advice on better quality longer life span amplifier

Finally Pullin The Trigger On A Driveway Arch...

My Driveway Arch Made of Electrical Conduit at each weak point I used a smaller conduit and screwed the sections together so it made it solid, I lucked out each end goes into a fence pole cemented into the groud, I used eye hooks which are drilled into the pipe and made pvp sections that hook into those eyes just a little heat bending for the main curves and did this for a few holiday so I have sections to make putting up different holidays easier, granted this was from 2012 and I have improved on my idea a little for 2013
  6. I have the "Lepal Stereo class T-digital audio amplifier" isnt giving me the sound i want anyone know of another one better quality but wont put me back another controller?

    Looking For Idea's For Inclosures

I am looking for idea's I got the ray 27 channel board it's Power Converter I tried clear plastic bin for shoes , doesn't exactly hold all it nicely, I am looking for something I can mount the power converter and the ray 27 channel board into and have it mounted on a wall, I looked for the grey box from LOR but can't seem to find out where to buy just it? anyone know where and how much, other wise I thought of Home Depot orange bucket - (great container for placing next to an object) but im looking for wall mountable easily contain the objects mentioned and cheaply made but gets the job done keeping control away from elements. links to idea's would be great Thanks all

    Gangnam Style

ok that 12ccr sequence is good no matter what song it is a lot of work went into that, Being one of the FIRST to sequence that song for my Halloween Display and later finding out about the 2004 song I was going to remove it, but he has apologized for his comments in the song and has been apologizing since, currently PSY is touring the world off his one hit wonder, as with most songs there will be someone else out there who comes up with 2013's must sequence song (BTW anyone know it yet I haven't heard anything especially up-tempo yet and worth sequencing. )and now looking at the video with 12ccr's my display sort of did hide away, guess I sequenced psy's song before it got popular good thing too
