a little rate help needed

i have an "easy" song that i want to include in my show. what i want to happen is for the lights to randomly fade up and down, from full on to full off. i like the way a reverse pop fade works for it, but im having trouble with the fade rate and the rev pop should be. the song is rather slow. a little help please with some rates

Thyno: yourbest bet for these types of questions is to experiment yourself and try different rates, different effects until you get something you like. These types of questions are so general and ambigous, it's very difficult to give you an answer.
