What twinkle problem???

You know if you walked up to most people and said "I have a twinkle problem" they might have second thoughts about you...
Anyhow with the twinkle somtimes a channel or two will stay on or off for a long time. Somtimes as long as the twinkle is turned on so it appears as if the channels do are not working... There was fix to the firmware for the CTB16D and CTB08D so that there is a max limit on how long they stay in one state.
