Know anything about CB's?

I have a CB radio that I got in a yard sale. It is a GE 3-5816A model. I know it works, but I'm not sure what the buttons do. It was painted solid black, and removing the paint revealed that they had apparently sanded any writing off also. I searched the internet for documentation, but was only able to find one picture. I know the left button is for the PA, but not sure about the other two. If anyone can give me some insight as to their function, I would greatly appreciate the help!! I've added the pic, if it helps.

The ANL button, I think is Automatic Noise Limiter. I cannot make out the third button.

Looks like NB for Noise Blanker. It was a circuit that limited cracks and pops.
