i can do it...clockwise with my foot, and draw the #6.

ANOTHER CHALLENGE

take your left hand, and make counterclockwise circles
take your right hand , and make clockwise circles...see if you can keep them going to 2 dif. directions

Dang! I can make my fingers go around my ears in different directions and pat my head while rubbing my belly, but can't do that --Yet. It will take some work.
