Does anyone know if these will work with LOR I love the way they change color. I would these along my street.

You could use LOR (@100%) to turn them on or off only.
Or, hack into them, throw away the Gemmy contoller, and connect each color to a LOR channel (after determining that the LEDs are designed to work on 120 AC)
Or, if the LEDs are wired for a lower DC voltage, use a LOR DC card with approriate power supply
So the answer to your question is, yes, no, maybe
