Computer Horsepower

Yesterday when I got home from work I walked in the front door to a box with my LOR 32 channel controllers.

I have a few computers at home I could use which I know are powerful enough, but I have an HP that I'm not using for anything. It's a pentium 1.3 with 500mb of ram. There is nothing running on the computer except the OS. Would this do the job?

XP - Service Pack 2.

XP is good.. that dates it to after 2002 and XP was also designed to REFUSE to work on less then 1 gigahertz of clock speed. I would think LOR might be OK for 500 mhz but keep it 1 gigahertz as minimum.
